What are the requirements?
In order to use this online service, you need a basic account for citizens (“Einfaches Servicekonto”) or a business account (“Servicekonto Business”).

What is also important?
Anybody may use the offered contacts and services to the extent that the information and intermediary services relate to procedures within the purview of EU Services Directive and do relate to Hamburg.

Through the point of single contact service providers may handle procedures and formalities required for the setup and exercise of their service activities.

If not already done, please carry out the procedure clarification first (see Additional Information).
By answering a few questions you describe your request to the City of Hamburg. An overview of the official permissions and/or confirmations that you will need to obtain will automatically be displayed. The filled out forms and additional documents can be uploaded and sent to the Point of Single Contact (fees will apply when using this service; see Additional Information).
You could also use only the online questionnaire to find out the procedures that are relevant for your activities.
